We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in an arbitration procedure before a board of arbitration for consumers.
Liability for the content
As a service provider within the meaning of sect. 7(1) of the German Telemedia Act we are responsible under general law for our own content on this website. However, according to sect. 8 to 10 of the German Telemedia Act we are not obliged to monitor transferred or stored third-party content or to enquire about circumstances that point to unlawful activities.
Obligations to delete or block the use of information under general law shall remain unaffected. However, any liability with regard to this is only possible from the time of knowledge of a specific violation of the law. Once we become aware of any such legal offence, we will delete the content as soon as possible.
Liability for links
Our service offering contains links to web pages of third parties whose contents we cannot influence. Therefore we cannot assume liability for this third-party content. Rather, the respective supplier or operator of the sites shall always be liable for the content of linked pages. When setting up links to third-party pages we have checked those for possible legal offences. We did not detect any unlawful content at the time of linking.
However, we cannot reasonably check the content of linked pages on a continuous basis, unless there are concrete indications of a legal offence. Once we are aware of legal offences, we will delete the links concerned as soon as possible.
